Reservations and Payment

Full payment for your stay is required upon check-in.

Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable taxes.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is from 2:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Check-out time is by 10:30 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to arrival will be fully refunded.

Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will incur a charge equivalent to the first night's stay.
No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

House Rules

Fly Me to the Moon Guesthouse is a non-smoking establishment. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas (balconies with fire proof ashtrays).

Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made with management.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please respect other guests' need for rest and relaxation.

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property caused during their stay. Charges for damages will be applied to the guest’s credit card on file.

Liability

Fly Me to the Moon Guesthouse is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. Guests are advised to use the in-room safes for valuables.

Guests use the facilities and amenities at their own risk. The guesthouse is not liable for any accidents or injuries that occur on the premises.

Privacy Policy

Guest information is kept confidential and is used solely for the purpose of managing your reservation and stay.

Amendments

Fly Me to the Moon Guesthouse reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Guests will be notified of any changes upon check-in.
