These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Fly Me to the Moon Guesthouse Loyalty Program (“the Program”). By enrolling in the Program, you agree to the following:
1. Eligibility
1.1 The Program is open to all guests aged 18 years or older.
1.2 Membership is non-transferable and valid only for the registered member.
2. Membership
2.1 Membership is free and subject to acceptance by Fly Me to the Moon Guesthouse.
2.2 Benefits are applicable only to direct bookings made with the Guesthouse via our website, email, or phone.
2.3 Membership may be revoked at our discretion in cases of misuse or breach of these Terms.
3. General Benefits
3.1 Program benefits are subject to availability and may vary without prior notice.
3.2 Benefits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
3.3 Any special offers or promotions for members are valid only for the dates and conditions stated at the time of the offer.
4. Specific Benefit Conditions
4.1 Lowest Price Guarantee

To qualify, the member must provide proof of a lower publicly available price for the same room type, dates, and booking conditions on a recognised third-party booking platform at the time of booking.

Proof must be submitted within 24 hours of making the direct booking.

The Guesthouse reserves the right to verify the claim and match the rate if valid.
4.2 Complimentary Room Upgrade
4.3 Flexible Check-In and Check-Out

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability.

All late check-outs must be completed by midday (12:00) at the latest.

Requests must be made in advance and confirmed by the Guesthouse.
5. Limitations and Changes
5.1 The Guesthouse reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or any of its benefits at any time without prior notice.
5.2 Participation in the Program does not guarantee the availability of any specific benefit at any given time.
6. Governing Law
6.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
6.2 Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
